What We Accept / What We Refuse

Our Mandate

CatalystiumPro intervenes exclusively in contexts where:

  • decisions carry real financial, structural, or reputational consequences,

  • complexity exceeds standard operational frameworks,

  • an error in judgment would be disproportionately costly.

Our role is not ongoing support.
Our role is to clarify, decide, and stabilize.

What We Accept

We accept mandates when the following conditions are met:

  • A real strategic decision must be made

  • The stakes are clearly identifiable (even if sensitive)

  • The final decision-maker is directly involved or accessible

  • The engagement can remain discreet and controlled

  • The objective is decision stability, not emotional validation

Types of situations we accept:

  • Strategic deadlock or repeatedly postponed decisions

  • Internal misalignment (power, governance, priorities)

  • Sensitive transitions (growth, rupture, restructuring, partnerships)

  • High-stakes arbitrations where consensus is counterproductive

What We Refuse

CatalystiumPro does not intervene in the following cases:

  • Personal coaching or motivational work

  • Training programs, workshops, or general conferences

  • Comfort-driven engagements without real stakes

  • Mandates without a clearly identified decision-maker

  • Contexts seeking exposure, validation, or public visibility

  • Situations where the objective is to avoid a decision rather than make one

We are not here to:

  • reassure,

  • convince on someone else’s behalf,

  • or prolong indecision.

Engagement Framework
  • Mandates are limited in scope and duration

  • The number of simultaneous engagements is deliberately restricted

  • A formal confidentiality agreement (NDA) may be required prior to any in-depth exchange

All requests undergo a preliminary evaluation.
Lack of response should be understood as an implicit refusal.
